After an evening of quite intensive guard swapping i cannot confirm this. perhaps latency took a part in your issues or perhaps i simply got lucky but neither guard dropping nor being on the gcd occurred for me.

I narrowed the issue down to only being locked out of the char on which i collected the 2 orange twitch drop bags. i can log in on all other toons spread around level brackets and zones aswell as in the city. only my twitch drop recipitent is broken.

You can play one faction an entire day but you still need to wait 90 minutes to log over to do a tali run on the other side. It makes no sense.

So you're mad because you pushed city as destro and are not able to defend as order? Guess lockout works as intended... So bad only 5 cities will open from now on I did not push city at all but this will prevent any sort of organized guild/alliance that plays both sides to just log in if something ...

Currently unable to form a group on order to defend the city because of this lockout. inflating destro win rates even more while we can not stop them. :sadsmileyface:

What's up with the new faction lockouts? locked as soon as you log out instead of log in to the other faction right now. not sure if that is unintentional but it is quite a useless and basically damaging feature for people that are not faction hero roleplayers.
