Wh/we got new tactic bypass 50% victim armor - last from first tree mastery. Wh still have only 1 real build - 3-2 with heal debuff and Prolong Confession, but you need weapons skills for it about 500-600. WE its the most witchbrew build 2-3, or burst with SS 3-1

Also i want to know about normal dps gear for wh, invader is defently not of core dps gear

I think or proc 10% (AA damage) on CRIT* is almost useless. Cus crit in game is very low and procs triggering 1 time mb per 1 min. Plz make proc triggers 10% on HIT* My WE with OS proc active is at 31% crit. With enemy Init debuffed (which WE/WH do a lot) - it's gain of +5 to +15% crit more dependi...
