Hmm. Imo when WP has 2hander on, his snare should be aoe without the tactic. Give old guilty soul back like it was live. My #1 concern isn't even so much about the DPS aspect of the set but more about the big lack of PARRY. TL;DR Just don't WP dps. It's the worst hybrid of the game. You are forced into bloodlord weapons, ultra end-game gear and equipment, etc... and all that to be even worse than the DoK dps, which is not exactly a great class either.
