Sorry guys for it being so long since the last update. We hope the changes we have made make up for it.
[World]
-The price to fly to Inevitable City is now 30 copper.
-Added Rally Master in Inevitable City
-Removed some duplicate spawns in Norsca and Nordland.
-Fixed some invisible items.
-Added some more Warcamp Guards
-Added some Chaos Hounds and Work Horses
-Fixed vendors in T1 Greenskin Warcamp
[Dyes]
-Dyes are now shown on the character selection screen.
[Scenarios]
-Scenario scoreboard is now working. See how much damage/healing/ect you did during the scenario.
-You are now bolstered to level 10 when entering a scenario.
-Fixed a bug which would make some people not flagged for RvR.
[Auction House]
-Auction house is now working
[Bank]
-You now have to purchase more rows in your bank. (You will start with the first page unlocked)
[Social]
-Ignore. You can now ignore people you do not wish to talk to.
[Bolster]
-When you enter a RvR area or scenario your ability damage and stats are boosted to level 10.
[Abilities]
-Abilities now have the correct base damage.
-Weapon Skill is now used to reduce ability damage.
-Spirit Resistance is now used to reduce ability damage.
-Corporeal Resistance is now used to reduce ability damage.
-Elemental Resistance is now used to reduce ability damage.
-Strength and Weaponskill are now used to calculate ability damage.
-Ballistic and Initiative are now used to calculate ability damage.
-Intelligence and Willpower are now used to calculate ability damage.
-Parray is now taken in to consideration.
-Evade is now taken in to consideration.
-Disrupt is now taken in to consideration.
-Block is now taken in to consideration.
-You no longer have to face players when healing them.
-When you resurrect someone you teleport them to you.
-You can now do critical hits and heals.
**Note: Career Mechanic resources are not updated on the GUI. Changes will be sent in the chat window.**

Awesome changes!
Just a few notes:
-Weapon Skill is now used to reduce ability damage.
If I recall right WS increased armor penetration and increased parry rating.
-Ballistic and Initiative are now used to calculate ability damage.
INI was used to reduce the chance to be crit but not in an offensive way if I remember right.
-Intelligence and Willpower are now used to calculate ability damage.
I guess WILL will improve healing spells and not increase damage, right?

UNDER UPDATE
Found some issue atm:
-SM phantom blade seems work better than intend, either proc chance or damage absorb are too high
-SM ealge's flight grant random parry% (even 110% ect on tooltip instead of 25%), dont know if the parry is increase correctly or more than 25%
-engi also can use two 1h weapon and it shouldn't, it should only use one 1h and one 2h.
-engi skill probably draw wep damage from all wepons he has.
-AH not working properly, vendors get both itiems and money.
-SW can use all stance togheter ( it should only be able to use 1 at time)
-Chosen snare actualy some times when you are a bit away miss target, get coldown and consume ap
-Mara snare do not work
-Mara mutation can be actived all togheter for some moment.
-WP castigation do no apply the dot.
-Wp sigma'r fist do not buff def target always buff wp.
-Some classes can dual weild weapons and they shouldn't (don't remember is that got fixed), to solve this all 1h sword/axe, should be change to main hand
-WP repent do not work.
-transfer force /bulled fer me( edit: fixed)
-engi acid bomb(edit: fixed)
-searing touch of AM (edit: fixed)
-fly taxes (edit: fixed)

Searing Touch is a channel and derives excessive bonus on each hit due to a bug (your Magic DPS bonus multiplied by its cast time of 6 seconds).
Excellent patch btw, been waiting a while for this. It should have a massive effect on the quality of PvP in RoR!
