Your character has de duplicate name

Hi there.
I've been disconnected from the Server and my Vulva Bright Wizard now got this message.
Only option : "Please rename your Character".
Is there a database issue ?
Any help pls ?

An inappropriate name might have done this, ie gm slap for poor name choice
