Same with the defensive and "offensive" sets for tanks. Huge difference in quality

And you don't see why this is exactly the problem? 6% reduced armour penetration on dok/wp is far, far superior to the same bonus on a cloth class. This is on a class that already has a far better optimised set in terms of individual stat allocation on the pieces.

I second that. Overall, it seems that the people in charge of distributing the stats/setbonuses for the endgame gear do not have a 'feel for the endgame' and is just shooting blind and/or trying to push their own agenda.

Whatever happend to having people with an in-depth knowledge of each class designing and discussing the sets? is this still a thing? - it's really hard to tell at times.

Just to clarify, I'm not trying to have a go at anyone - I, much like everyone else, appreciate all the work that goes into this project but some of these changes and previous ones make absolutely zero sense in terms of overall balance.

- Finishing PQs +unarmored variant
- Earning money +unarmored variant
- Spending money unarmored
- Trading with other players
- Repairing items
- Sending tells
- Joining groups
- Taking money from mystery bags
- Constructing Siege weapon
- Perfect shots with siege weapon

[Fortress]

- We will be changing the population cap of a fort dynamically to find a good maximum.

[Interface]

- The Live Events page in the Tome of Knowledge will now not show ended live events by default.

[World]

- Black Mire Bell Tower is open for visit once again.

[Items]

WP/DoK Sov and Warlord
- adjusted stats for melee sets to have less toughness, more init and weaponskill
- 8pc WP now matches 8pc DoK

- [15864] [15649] The "+15% critical damage taken" set bonus on WP/Dok Sovereign set has been replaced with "6% Reduced Armor Penetration" & on the RP/AM/Zeal/Shaman Warlord set it has been replaced with a +355 armor bonus

All classes Sov and Warlord
- mastery bonus should now reflect intended sets

[Quests]

- Bitten: You will now have to take the nose of Nosebiter
- Sigmarite Relic: The whole quest line is now available and reworked
- Missions: This quest line has been corrected and reworked
- Legacy of Ruin: This quest line has been corrected
- What Lies Beyond: This quest is now available from the Widow's Arch in Ostland
- Trolls and the Stars: You will now have to recover the tome 'Trolls and the Stars' and the quest rewards have been set
- Sabotage: The whole quest line is now available and corrected

[Tickets]

- Fixed broken parry & block strikethrough on 2h hammers for WP
- [15970] Apply mastery tree damage modifiers to dots as well.
- [15979] These NPCs are now correctly attackable
- [15987] These NPCs are now correctly attackable
- [16016] The quest is once again completable
do u fix tank OFF Sov 7 pieces bonus??? it not activate

Correct, I'm wondering what has changed in this patch in relation to that.
The parry and block strikethrough when using a 2h weapon was broken for WP the past week. It should be working again now.

Other 2h classes only get a block strikethrough, the parry strikethrough for 2h WP was added back in 2017 sometime.
it same on tank off sov 7piece bouns, 10% parry and block pass through not activate

There's nothing about the bugged cannoners never ending spawn after Stage 1 ends from the Outcrop BO constantly hitting door.

Was it fixed?

what is the % block strikethrough for 2h weapons?
Detangler and alts - 84 Chosen, other 40s - DoK, Zealot, SH, WE, BG, BO
Destro - Mostly Harmless
Tangler and alts - 8X IB, other 40s - RP, SM
Order - Most dishonorable

They still spawn, but it won't do anything useful after Stage 1.
