Should be mitigated or not ?

If not, so dmg are mitigated on it ...

If you believe there is a bug with the ability, did you report it on the Bug Tracker?

Chilling Gust dmg is different from what is shown
429 dmg shown in tactic , actual dmg is 245 dmg on Dummy.
Dmg is too low and it seem to be physical and not corporeal as stated.(tested on Spider)
