Game crashes after 20 seconds of being loaded in

I just downloaded the game and made it to Norsca where I am trying to complete quests, but the game crashes every 20 seconds or so after loading in. I've tried resetting all the settings and reducing the resolution from 1440 to 1080 to no avail. Any information I can provide to see why this is happening?

Your audio archive is likely corrupted, download the Audio.myp file from here and replace the one in your install folder.
