Missing Renow and Influence points from Keep + Lock today at Praag

hi,

today we had the keep and locked the zone, Praag, and in both cases I didn't get any renown and influences points and any bag.

I asked to my warband mates and for them all was regularly okay.

Is there anything we can do? Somewhere in the log should be that I was hitting the Lord and being in the Praag zone for lock.

Hours of the event was 20 min ago, so 11.29am (when we locked Praag) and character name is choppa Motzarella.
