T4 Epic Quest Issue - Prophecy

Having an issue with the epic quest Prophecy. Started it on my Zealot today and got to Souleater's Summoning. I clicked on the mirror and the demon I'm supposed to fight popped up. Halfway through the fight, the demon disappeared and there doesn't appear to be any way to re-summon him. I can't interact with the mirror again. Am I just missing something, or is the quest bugged? I know others have completed it. Any and all information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
