As WH/WE once you get your KD you can start solo roaming and beating a lot of 40’s to get your RR back up. I’d just PvE until that then solo roam. Destro usually he AAO so you can’t easily get 5-6 RR in an hour or two just solo roaming in NA times.

Learn how to pick your fights. Your job as melee DPS is to pick off people that are out of position. A WE or WH overextended trying to pick off your healers in your backline is a free kill, hang back and take that kill, don't be that WE that's presenting themselves as free kill.

PvP is about pressure and decision making. Your team applies pressure on your opponents and forces them to make decisions while trying to minimize the amount of pressure they're applying to you. When they make bad decisions, you punish them for it and get a kill. As a WE, you have high burst damage, you're more skewed towards punishing than applying pressure, play to that strength. If you're trying to secure kills on your opponents when they're not providing you with an opportunity, you're making bad decisions and allowing your opponents to maximize the pressure they're applying on you. You can't win hard fights if you're doing that.
