Don't remember ever seeing guides per se. All the uber 6 mans never reveal their 'secrets'. Though there aren't many secrets anyway. It all comes down to team synergy and practice, like anything else. Game knowledge is very important too. The rest comes with time.

You must hit guarded targets cuz there's no one else to hit, simple as that. If a tank goes chasing after healers their dps will die, that will always happen. Healers need to keep their distance and silence enemy healers in crucial moments (those that can of course), dps have to know when to detaunt and disengage, tanks have to cc and punt enemy tanks etc. Another thing is proper assisting. That's the crux of it imo. Too many people in these pug 6v6 each go chasing after their own target. You can really tell the difference when a team assists properly. Now it's easy to talk about all these things, but putting them to practice is of course always a different thing.

It's pretty easy, you hit guarded DD and make sure, that the guard tank is out of range. Therefore you time your punt with the 2nd tank and punt both tanks away at the same time to focus down one target. Next step is to taunt and interrupt the enemy healer right in time, who tries to revive the killed player. Keep up the pressure and it will snowball at this point.

There is only one rule: Flame all and everything. Al others are idiots, only you have the plan. Do so, and everyone will think you are a Freeshard-professional.

Srsly, what this "ranked" thing needs the most is a proper report function. If you play there, you play with the scum of the server, no proper guide will safe you.

(And all because someone has labeld it "ranked" xD)

I never flame someone personlay.

But should have made a video yesterday. As long as you win, all fine, but everytime(!) you lost, some weird kid was flaming like hell someone else. What else should i say about these guys? Never encounterd this behaviour anywhere else in this game. So looks like they are all there. This thread is a prime example "you cant guard, you cant dd, no you, no you the most". lawl^^


but ot: Did not have that many rounds where someone on one side was missing. But refilling from the queue after 1min or so would be nice.

You should encounter such behaviour in all other sc to an even greater extend. In ranked sc you at least skip the usual "fix the groups" request by having only one group and avoid having 5 tanks in one and none in other group.
I mean, it seems like people never click on their UI e.g. on the white flag near minimap to learn those basics and still make it to rank 40 and quite high rr.
If e.g. a tank in ranked isn't using guard, people have totally a right to call them out for it. It's just a matter how you do it, no insults or personal attacks.
Ranked gives higher rewards, therefore people playing those should expect to put in some more effort.
For laziness there are plenty other sc.

That is quite a bit too far.
