The sets will use the same exact slots, and include cape as part of them.
Each set will have one proc and one ¿gain? ¿for boost?

Lost Vale gave Darkpromise i would see it back. Some of the best looking armour in the game. I kept darkpromise armour on all the way to rr 100 on my sm on live coz it looked awesome.

Yes darkpromise appearance is in the game for a while now.
