Trial by Pain and Ruthless Assault:
The functionality of these abilities was reverted back to their original design.
Issue:
The original versions of these abilities had no cooldown. The live version has an 8 second cooldown. (Added when the ability was made AOE)
Desire:
Can we have the cooldown removed from these abilities to have them back to their original design?
