[BO] Big Brawlin’ Tactic

Issue: Big Brawlin’ (BB) in its current form is lack lustre and under performing for a 7 point tactic, with being able to apply a 20% snare which doesn’t cut it against Order’s high mobility classes. Originally BB was the answer to the KotBS Slice Through tactic which allowed a destruction line up to keep Order’s mobility to a minimum. Back then BB balanced itself by being located in a relatively pointless tree to spec as well as being tied to an AP heavy skill (Big Swing). Obviously times have changed and we now have skills like DYG/MCD and updated Rock ‘Ard which make the tree more appealing.

Proposal: Return BB back to its original snare value of 40% but reduce its max targets hit cap to 4. This would allow Destro a way to alleviate the high mobility of Orders hardest hitters, but prevent it from being over performing in oRvR.
