The Ironbreaker is a physical_damage_type_only class. Every time a new set is released with much higher armor values than previous sets is a direct, massive nerf to the class. To balance out not having any magical damage type /armor bypass skills like almost every other class in the game, IB has a skill called Stone Breaker, which debuffs a single target's armor based on grudge value, but this is an archaic skill from a distant past calibrated for much lower (cc 30-40% lower) armor values than what is currently on the top gear. As a result, with new gear sets you can't even debuff dps classes to below armor cap anymore (without using a morale skill, but no other class in the game needs to do regular skill paired with a morale skill just to hit the same values as 3 years ago).
I propose to change this skill to reflect the current iteration of the game and un-nerf the class. First option would be to change the debuff armor value by a flat number, but that would be unfair in pvp against players wearing earlier gear sets. The second option would be to change the debuff armor value to a debuff armor % (same way, with more grudge is higher %), which would balance the skill (and the class) against any armor type or armor values now and in the future.
