Hello, regarding the "No respite" tactic from assault tree, I noticed the auto-attack damage does not increase when in close range. Per the tactic tooltip, shouldn't the increase be applied to all damage, including auto-attack ?

Is there an update on Assault Playstyle?
Like Rotation, Gear, RR etc.?

Do you need actually Str. or do you stay on Bal. as the Careerbuilder says the abilities are Bal. based?

Ballistic bonuses from items are added to your melee stats, but tactics are not converted in any way.
So you basically only need Ballistic Skill and Weapon Skill when going Assault (and you can drop Masterful Aim tactic if assault is your main stance, for instance).

Ah ok. So you can then take that +15% tactic or crit damage increase tactic.
Any rotation?
Any no-go abilties?

Pierce defenses and Grim Slash are good for assault, didnt test more as I mainly find Skirmish to be the only viable orientation for RvR engagements.
(Scout being too static and Assault needing the teleport ability on top of tree, preventing the use of a viable secondary ranged gameplay).

Basically I'm convinced by the potential of assault tree when solo roaming, or 6v6, but require too much sacrifice in survivability and/or mobility to be playable in big scale battles... :/

After Scout changes Focused Mind with tactic should reduce casttime of Festering to 1s instead of 1,5s?
