Afaik silvania content never passed the "theorycraft stage" (only concept arts ect.), but not sure.
I remember some dev talking about how they had it ready and EA was pushing them for making it a paid expansion?
Hm k, i remember some post that it never passed the concept stage, but i'm really not sure on this. I also never saw anything besides concept art.

Edit: you can find some here if interested.

I guess seeing how he talks about these art being years old and there was already concepts for Vampire counts we can assume it did get past the concept stage.

Also, Matt here did mention Sylvanya went into full production.

THE KRAKEN! Oh man, we lol'd so much at Greg Wickham's best pirate voice saying "NO ONE WILL SURVIVE THE KRAKEN! MUAHAHAHAHAHAH!"

...yeah, we never quite got that past paper and into production. :? I don't think any art was developed or anything, but it was supposed to be a dock-side PQ in Praag. Giant tentacles come up out of the water and begin pulling a boat under, you defeat the tentacles, and then up comes the head of the giant, hideous beast. THAT would have been a great PQ!

Incidently, I recorded a TON of place-holder VO work for Orcs, Trolls, Dwarves, Giants, and a dozen non-speaking creatures. The VO stuff was changed out when they got the final, hollywood-talent to record it, but I believe many of the animal sounds I did remain. What're the yeti looking mobs with the white fur? I nearly popped a lung doing all of their attack/death sounds. ...good times.

That's what made exploring the map edges so much fun, suddenly finding large areas like that :-)
Took plenty of guildies exploring there, good times for sure.
If you happen to know the person that did the goblin voice acting, give him my regards and tell him/her that was awesome work.. I still keep quoting them :)
