Hello,

I have installed RoR via lutris and after pressing play nothing happens. That's my log:

Started initial process 110 from gamemoderun /home/hackerman89/.var/app/net.lutris.Lutris/data/lutris/runners/wine/wine-ge-8-25-x86_64/bin/wine /home/hackerman89/Games/warhammer-online-return-of-reckoning/drive_c/Return_of_Reckoning/RoRLauncher.exe
Start monitoring process.
gamemodeauto:
fsync: up and running.
wine: Using setpriority to control niceness in the [-10,10] range
Monitored process exited.
Initial process has exited (return code: 0)
Exit with return code 0

Thanks in advance.

Try to gather more logs. The logs you send don't show any information.
Read the lutris docs.

Try with PTS launcher
https://launcher.returnofreckoning.com/ ... uncher.exe

replace it in the directory (~/Games/warhammer-online-return-of-reckoning/drive_c/Return_of_Reckoning/).

Hi,

I've just downloaded the latest version of the game data (from Feb) and it looks like there's now an installer .exe with compressed game data that breaks the Lutris install script.

Ohh thanks for reporting. I didn't even know it changed. You can use this as the game data for now. I should try to figure out the lutris scripts for this i guess :(

Ok. Tested the Installer. It seems to work with no additional tweaks required. Not much point even creating an install script i think. You can just click Install from Windows executable on Lutris:

That's actually a lot easier! Thanks for the quick reply.

You're doing Gork's (or was it Mork's) work giving all us Linux users technical support!

Updated first post with the new Install method (Old one is still usable also)

Technically you can use Bottles or Heroic Launcher also with the new Install method instead of Lutris, or if you know what you are doing you can just use pure wine and scripts also like always.
