Having spend about 8ish gold to buy every single shield these Vendor offered, and roughly 200ish low tier meds on the scenario vendors... that shield skin is nowhere to be found.

This is as much Bitterstone'y as you can get via the RvR Vendors in Altdorf: Its the Survialist's Defender of Dominion, lv14.

This is the Echelon Defender skin from the OP: The skin is shared throughout most low tier vendors, SCs ones included - the only skins that are more fancy are the t3-t4 SC skins. However they do not display the Bitterstone emblem in any way, shape or form.

Strange. There were several shields with the B-Rune in the past. I have most of them on Thorin.

I will check the days and give an alternative source.

As in Text on Page 1:
IF possible get the appearance for your shield. IF not come as you are.
Or come in your 2hander spec.

Lad I better not tell you how much dwarfs each Wednesday are Destro foes on every other day.

I can guess...and i'm not happy with it
