-Problem
actually this tactic is useless and Path of Da Savage is underperforming compared to Slayer's Path of The Trollslayer.
-Solution
Change Yer Gettin' Soft in: if enemy parry/block then for the next Y seconds his parry/block is decreased of X%
I was thinking about X=7 and Y=10 but these values can be changed according to some testing.
This change would add both damage and utility for aoe Choppa and would close a bit the gap with Slayer.
To be clear: to completely close the gap Keep On Choppin' need to be looked at too but I prefer to put just one change per proposal.
