Return of Reckoning

Hello everyone,

I've finally taken the step to install ROR after reading about it again and remembering all the fond memories from WAR, where my best gaming moments were had. I played WAR on Eltharion and later Karak-Azgal (after a server merge or something?) from launch until approximately 2011 when my fantastic guerilla guild Death Company / Pax Mortis (shoutout to Mephisto and Lanister) got tired of having it too easy and swapped to Destro. I was known as Zakarkragon and later Tech Support and did a lot of roaming and soloing when we weren't hiding in structures at BOs or behind pillars in enemy keeps or sneaking out the back door to wrek the attackers from behind. If anyone from Pax Mortis is here, or anyone remembering me, it would be cool to have a chat.

I remember using several addons. Are there any guides somewhere, a list of necessities? Couldn't find it on the forum. Also, is there anything absolutely game changing I should know about? I've read a bit, but hard to wrap my head around changes when I don't remember much from the base game anyhow..

Installing ROR made me think of some videos I made, maybe they'll be fun to watch for some of you! Excuse the horrible quality and sound, I was young, and there was no Nvidia shadowplay...
