Does anyone have the script/addon- when advertising for your guild in Ad channel it changes both the color of your message but also the link of your guild + hover color?

Hello. I'm not sure where is best to ask this, so I'll try here. I've downloaded Targetring mod from Onedrive and it works alright but I'm wondering how to make it show additional lines to the target, following it on the screen. Like this:

I don't think thats "Target rings", but either "RV target" or "enemy"

It's RV Target Mod with the EVE preset.
