Squig herder & Shadow warrior

These are one of the few classes left that need to be redesigned in the ranged path, as both of these classes fall short in certain areas. To simplify my explanation I will jot what I believe are the issues and how they may be resolved.
Firstly, suggestions:
Squig herder/ Shadow warrior
- Plink, Eagle eye, Spiral fleched arrow and Run N' shoot should have a 20% armor pen and a 5 to 10% damage increase
- Acid arrow and poison are should automatically go through all resistances with out the need for a tactic
- Lots of Arrers and Rapid Fire should be castable when moving with a 10% armor penetration
Secondly, the issues:
The biggest issue with both the SW and the SH is they do not commend respect from the enemy, when someone sees a shadow warrior or squig herder that is ranged dpsing, they do not hesitate to pursue them and if they decide to ignore them they care little for their efforts. Bringing up the damage of the two specs and adding a modest increase to their abilities will allow for a more balanced playing field.
