Return of Reckoning

I won a fort, got 6th winning a gold bag (my name appeared on the list) but didn't receive any bag. CHecked mail, sent to myself mails but nothing., I tried to ask other people that won the bag like me and they said they received. Any chance to fix this? D:

I have got troubles other times with bags not arriving cause I travel out of the zone before getting the actual bag from the chest or waiting for the mail to arrive. Nothing really important so far, a couple whites/green, and one or two "very special bags"

I have had the same issue 2 or 3 times on different characters. Won a fort, very high contribution, then the bag roll keeps rolling with no indication of winning a bag or not. Nothing in the mail after server restart. Checked to see if I accidentally opted out of bags.
