Character LogIn connects to scenario - fails

My character was stuck in scenario Nordenwacht and after game restart, character Login tries to directly connect to the scenario - which fails for obvious reasons. So I'm set back to character choice screen. To clarify: I have no possibility to use the book of binding or any other ingame option as the game doesn't load. Current position of the character in the character choice screen is also Nordenwacht, where I can't join without being in the scenario queue before.
I think, only technical support in form of sending my character back to any place with a binding point will help here, but I will try any suggestions. If technical support needs my character name please write PN. Thanks!
A note I was reminded to add by a friend: I was in IC before the scenario. Maybe that helps finding the bug.
