any way to extract the audio file?

trying to get some spell sounds as ring tones
My best suggestion if you don't have any software to open the audio files directly, would be to record game sound, turn music off and all other PC sounds, and keep spell sound effects on.
Record using something like OBS and then convert to the file type your phone can read, then send it over that way.
