Return of Reckoning

Hello, fellow WAR compatriots! I am wondering how it is possible to get a second hotbar (if I remember the term right), to be on my screen above the generic first one everyone gets. Between skills and potions, it would make my life significantly easier if I have one.

Also, I am not coordinated enough to try keymapping all of my skills, so 'Get gud and keybind, scrub' won't help me any.
