[Notes]
- Increased the player drops in RvR
- Sorc/Bw will receive now class mechanic bonus when they use dots
- Fixed effect of marauder and swordmaster tactics which affected class buffs persisting when the tactic was removed
- Level 17 gear repaired
- Fixed influence gain scaling

it may be higher like 0.1% to 2%, or like 0.1% to 0.2%. Feel the difference.
