Auction House Not working

Hi,
I haven't played in a few months and have just come back. I had a quick look but couldn't find a solution, I can't seem to access the Auction House at all. Looking at the mods it says EA_AuctionHouseWindow failed to load, missing dependacy ROR_CitySiege. I have no idea where to find that missing file, I've tried repairing game files and that hasn't worked. If anyone could help me out that would be amazing.
