Can't right click on quest in inventory

So i was gonna do the quest for the pocket item that gave +1% renown gain. And i had already done it on my KotB's (15) and my WH (40) and it worked excellent. But when i went to do it on my Slayer (36) i got the quest roll or whatever it is but i couldn't right click it to start the quest. Nothing happens. Just to confirm i reloaded my ui, i also relogged, and i came back a day later but the same thing happened. The other quest i had in my inventory worked so it's a problem with just that quest.
