It's an interesting idea to try, but I think the balance between teams would be broken even further with 2v2 or 3v3, and would become very unenjoyable fast.

I am not sure scaled Dungeons are something that would be possible, or even worth the effort to go through, that's a lot of work for the RoR Team for little in-game benefits.

Do yourself a big favor and just find an active guild to play in. It will change your game experience completely for the better. It's not about the usual "you have more fun with friends" - it's about this game built for group content.

No there isn't. There's constant lookout for more people who are willing to assist updating the wiki though, so if people want a more up-to-date one then have to volunteer and help out or it won't change.
