Just do what everyone else does. Play a few SCs. See which side is steamrolling the other for the day and xrealm to that side. The population isn't large enough for SC matchups to vary, so it usually stays a stomp the entire day. The XP/RR gain for losing is so disproportional to that of winning it ...
