- Full permissions
- DX9
- No AV
- No firewall on
- No read-only

Loading into no graphics, just buttons. Attempting to load my char in Kadrin Valley. Client then crashes to desktop.

An interesting update. I wanted to make sure everything is ultra clean again so I performed another format. I made only local accounts. Issue has been SOLVED. Thank you to all that helped towards it. SOLUTION, create a new local account.

Success! A standard user plays the game normally. How can I fix it on the Admin account?
