Honestly another thing, kinda griping, why do obj/zone locks only give 2k exp? especially zone locks a MASSIVE event that happens MAYBE once every 2 hours. I can get more xp just throwing dots outside a wb on big battle then locking a whole zone. At the least in T2-4 a zone lock should be a gaurant...

The community and in part the overall gameplay loop gives a bad perception to new players. Once people leave T1 they are thrown into T4 play and introduced to the lvl 40 rr40+ meta only. You struggle to join even open WBs unless you are in the meta. Leveling in general takes far to long as well that...

What wargrimm said is true not everything was designed to be useful at max level with rr70 gearing.

Most players have at min 50% resists to spirit due to AM dmg being spirit. The other problem is the internal cooldown of the tactic at 5 seconds on top of the low proc chance. All that combined you are going to see a really low return when there are just all around better choices.
