If you share your username, email address, the password to one/or both... Well, you deserve to lose your account. I really don't see how you find that to be a credible argument. No, there is definitely no way of doing that. In order to keep this project legal they can't charge money for it and Steam would want some control over the update process, etc. It's not feasible or possibly even legal to do such a thing.
