I would like to see a redesign of the tactic to give a buff for say 10 seconds that grants the maximum value evrytime you reach the max stage, Currently it just super odd to use it since it's hardly worth anything unless you sit 3rd stage and do nothing.

Engi needs a range slow and that's about it imo, last round of changes are awesome and youre now way more mobile, maybe mirror phosphorus shells with firestorm so that you can move while channeling.

Problem with SW damage is that its no debuffs too look out for, unlike BW/Sorc, might also be some buggs floating around currently since Ive personally got crit for higher amounts after patch then before.
Including a couple of 4k+ crits on BiS geared dok.
