same expérience tonight ,T4 , couple hours so far no pop (NA prime) and i play a healer.
I just came back to RoR 5 days ago so could be that game is a bit too dead during NA time, dunno.

NA prime t4 no SC pop the whole night, could just be low pop though.

the fact that you need those kind of strats to bring it down just tells you how crazy the spec is. it's not just a healer , it's a dps that heals..... if it was doing very little danage your logic would be ok but it's not , it still outputs a crazy amount of damage (no burst though) with very little...

you may not know it but windows has an antivirus running in the background by default. you can disable it by following those steps https://www.windowscentral.com/how-permanently-disable-windows-defender-windows-10 i had the same error as you and disabling it "fixed" the problem. Obviously ...
