As for me, I dont agree with:

1. WE have no stealth now. Too short period of stealth moving.
2. Elixir of Power doesnt work from stealth anymore.

If Destro can't find healers, they should have an opportunity to neutralize enemy healers. Witch Elf on scenarios should have an opportunity to kill any healer in 1-2 sec. This game is strongly disbalanced. As a Witch Elf 80+, I see this problem more than anyone else. Witch Elf is a top-dps class, that SHOULD easily kill Order squishies of any kind. But we have another situation. And this is sad. The main problem for today is Order squishies, armored better then tanks...

You don't need scenario weapons.
Best pair of knives are Outcast (from BB/BE City Dungeons) + Makharia Blade (from BS Dungeon). All of them need hard grinding on PVE, but it is better and faster way to obtain good DPS then scenario grinding.
