What *.exe file did you execute in order to get that error?

I haven't been in T4 scenarios/pvp as of now (beside ~30 minutes). Currently i'm a ~20/21 shaman and i haven't met an enemy that would be able to solo me in any way. Now that i've read about the slaughterhouse happening in t4 i guess i'll play a lot slower and lot less focused on renown and lvl rank...
