at some point it's changed to skill itself i think. same time as reduced to 20% snare? were they 30%? not sure. i tested without pet and it was castable on the move. and dev note said engie version was not doable cuz skill effect. that small artillery gun can't move around. i do remember that part....

magus firstorm is ground aoe snare casting on the move. To be more precise, I think this is because of the flammer that allow Changing skills to be cast while moving. Not because of the skill itself. at some point it's changed to skill itself i think. same time as reduced to 20% snare? were they 30...

Are you sure about that? Because Engis "Phosphorous Shells" is not working on the move, even wit bomb turret

Talking about tactics RP also doesn't have any resist debuffs while Zealot has tactic and morale, its a bit hard to compare them like that, in any case my point was that 6s channel of ranged damage + snare castable on the move is a bit too much for anyone RP gets a very powerful M1 'Rune of Insanit...

Scout is okay, at least in samllman.

Asw is okay damagewise but the missing ae detaunt is a point :P

Only worthless path that needs a better reason to spec is skirmisher, it's just lowdps moraldrain bot (only usefull in well organised warbands)
