Try to write /stuck twice within 5 seconds while you have the loading screen. There is no chat window but you have to act like there is. Press enter, write /stuck, press enter and do this twice. It should teleport your character to Norsca and sometimes it helps in situations when you can't log in to...

I still have retail dvd box with the game where should be russian VO files, unfortunately, I don't have dvd drive to install the game. Ii will take some time till I grab laptop with dvd drive from a friend and install the game to extract VOs.
