Return of Reckoning

I find SnB BG to be the tankiest of Destro tanks. They offer less to the group as far as buffs go but they make their guarded target near untouchable so long as they aren't being targeted by a slayer.

Rampage has been a point of contention between Destro and Order for a long time now. I propose a revisal of Blackguard's Choking Fury or Black Ork's Arm Breaka to make the 'Just Shatter it' argument a bit more feasible. They are fun, why I still play mine, but I've seen a good number of posts in regards to giving a bit more options for Knights and Chosen. I get that they're supposed to be the straight forward hop in and play tank but I don't think a bit more to work with would hurt the class.
