If you want to remove just the buffs/debuffs from the default unit frames, you can do that with Phantom addon. If you wish to replace it and customize it yourself, you can use something like Pure.

So, since the WL is the only MDPS in the game without a proper heal debuff (50% out going) and it has received several nerfs over the past year or so. Unfortunately not so strong anymore, used to be very good when Tearing Blade stacked back on live and it's still posible to run successfully, but needs really high end gear.

From live, when people had low armor value, TB stacked and AA wasn't nerfed.
