They don't, however they also ignore toughness. So they are scaling only with attack speed? He's saying proc damage only scales with level. I want to make a dps alt, where I'll focus on small scale pvp- mostly ganking in the lakes. I'll probably play most of the time with a chosen tank. The obvious choice is probably the WE.
