I have a hard time keeping track of what does and does not stack. Does Masterful Treachery and Taste of Blood stack? What about Taste of Blood, Flanking and Masterful Treachery? What about Flanking and Taste of Blood?

YAY SERVER RESTART FIXED IT. NOW I DON'T HAVE TO PLAY ELDER SCROLLS ONLINE.

As a follow up, for anyone who has run into this issue before, was it fixed after a server restart or new patch? I need to know whether I should scrap 2-3 months of work and start from scratch or not...
