I would experiment with either lowering regular XP gain or increasing RR gain pre 40.

So that people enter T4 higher RR.

I cant think of any outcome other than less people doing SCs due to this change.

Here is the more concerning part: you are a new player clearly doing PvE. This means you will get regular lvls without RR (pvp) lvls. If you end up pushing to lvl 40 like thaT you will need to probably delete that char. I strongly advice lvling in SCs or lakes.

Order definitely tank (easiest to play being kotbs)

I will settle for a Vampire Countess skin for my DoK, and wardancer skin for my WE.
No need for a new class, just give me the skin.
