A healer that knows how to play, is nigh unkillable in 1v1.
That said, i believe black guard is destro top most healer killer for such faction (you aut remove detaunts , 50%less healing output, some self healing capabilities and nice controls)

Order?.... well... witch hunter I would say.

My recomendation for t1 is simple:
Get a buddy and farm pq for pve gear. Rush 16 asap and then start grind gear for orvr. T1 pvp is pain and made a lot of newcomers quit.

pretty screwed, like engineers. nice to see how devs intend to balance game... :( It is not the final balancing, it is the rearranging of mechanics and ways the server/client is handling stuff. Balance will be applied after the new system is implemented. Alot of classes will be downgraded at first ...
