Shield dok is good for small scale and pve. So it will work for you. Pve sets are your way to go until you get Endgame sets. My recommendation is to save all your crest for endgame gear if you only play shield dok. Otherwise you probably have to by vanqhisher set to heal with chalice. Your pve sets...

Had a similar problem, when I used the VinyUI version. Deleted my WAR/cache, WAR/users/.../CHARACTER/PROFILE/AggroMeter and WAR/Interface/Addons/AggroMeter then I redownloaded and now I have a beautiful anchor to drag the window around.

Yeah symlinks / hard links are pretty much the same in this regard. Still thought it would be useful for people that are not that familiar with computer stuff beyond starting programs.
