Healer contribution in city is borderline non-existent. I waitied till after 4 cities to make sure. Highest healer out of 11 bag rolls (would have been 12 but a stage 3 bug kept it from starting) was a white bag.

Please adjust soon so my guildies don't get mad i switch to dps.

For sure, thank you for the work put in. This was the only thing that was apparent for me too out of the sets.
